What personal data do we collect?

Storage and deletion

Ecoxy stores personal data as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as long as required by law. Accounting-related information is kept according to the Accounting Act (minimum 5 years). Other customer data is deleted after 3 years without an active customer relationship, unless a longer storage period is necessary.

Sharing with third parties

Ecoxy does not share personal data with third parties without legal basis. We may share information with:

• Norwegian Accreditation for accredited assignments (legally required)
• Auditor and accountant for Ecoxy AS
• IT providers that process data on Ecoxy's behalf (data processing agreement in place)
• Public authorities when required by law

Your rights

• Rectification: You can request that inaccurate information be corrected
